Get ready for a sporting feat of unprecedented proportions. On Friday, May 29th, Coach Jonas embarks on a mission that most would deem impossible: the 10X HYROX. This isn’t just any workout; it’s the standard HYROX intensity, but ten times tougher, ten times longer, and all within a 24-hour window.

Why this madness?

Jonas isn’t just testing his physical limits; he’s running, grinding, rowing, and sweating for Go for Lander. All proceeds from this event go directly to this charity.

Where can you support him?

The event spans two locations, and you can be there to cheer Jonas on (or even join him for a leg of the journey!).

  • The Start: Friday, May 29th at 6:30 PM at Zomerbar General.

  • Social Run: Want to get moving yourself? Join the Free 5/10km Social Run alongside Jonas during his first stage.

  • The Night & Finish: From 10:00 PM onwards, the entire spectacle moves to Hybrid Lab Vorselaar (Kweek 14A). Jonas will power through the night to cross the finish line before Saturday evening (targeting a Sub-24-hour finish).
